Shri Lakhpat Singh Choudhary Appointed as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Coal. The Indian government has appointed Shri Lakhpat Singh Choudhary, IRSS (1997), as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Coal. He will serve in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix on Central Deputation until his superannuation on December 31, 2029.
