The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has notified an amendment aimed at streamlining the fee structure for overloaded vehicles plying on National Highways across the country.
The revised framework is designed to ensure stricter enforcement while introducing a more rationalized and transparent fee mechanism for vehicles exceeding prescribed load limits.
