In a recent administrative reshuffle, Shri Manoj Kumar-II IAS, who hails from the Uttar Pradesh cadre of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 2012 batch, has been entrusted with a new responsibility. He will now serve as the Special Secretary in the Housing Department of Uttar Pradesh.
