The 10th convocation of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, held on September 1, 2023, witnessed the esteemed presence and address of the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu.

She emphasized that creating opportunities amidst challenges is a potent path to success.
