Chief Minister of Bihar Meets Prime Minister to discuss key issues related to the state’s development, governance priorities, and ongoing infrastructure projects.

The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. During the meeting, both leaders held detailed discussions on a wide range of subjects concerning Bihar’s economic growth, welfare schemes, and investment opportunities.

The Chief Minister apprised the Prime Minister of the progress of various centrally sponsored schemes being implemented in the state. He also sought continued support from the Union Government for enhancing infrastructure, including roads, railways, and urban development projects.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated the efforts of the Bihar government in implementing development initiatives and assured full cooperation from the Centre in accelerating the state’s growth trajectory. He emphasized the importance of cooperative federalism in achieving inclusive development across the country.

The meeting also covered discussions on agriculture, employment generation, and social sector schemes aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens. Both leaders reiterated their commitment to work together for the holistic development of Bihar.
